Clippers to waive Cam Christie

The Los Angeles Clippers have decided to waive guard Cam Christie, according to league sources who spoke with HoopsHype.

The move comes as Christie approaches a salary guarantee deadline worth $2.30 million. Los Angeles has opted to release the young player before that deadline.

Christie, who recently celebrated his 21st birthday, was selected by the Clippers with the 46th overall pick in the second round of the 2024 NBA Draft.

The guard spent the past two seasons with Los Angeles after joining the organization as a second-round selection.
