Here’s Charlotte Hornets sophomore Liam McNeeley on what his rookie year was like and what he wants to prove this season.
(via Charlotte Hornets):
“I mean, last year was a great experience. Getting to be on that team when we were going on that run was really special. I really liked the guys, got super close with them. I spent a lot of time in Greensboro in the G League. They were great reps. They’ve really helped me. I can see the progress I’ve made during this summer and this offseason. But yeah, I want to prove that I can stick in this league. The big thing that I was focusing on this offseason was my physicality, getting stronger, putting weight on, and that’ll help me on both sides of the ball.”
