NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley didn’t mince words when expressing his thoughts on the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors, asserting that both teams “stink.”

During a segment on Inside The NBA, Barkley addressed those who had high hopes for the Lakers and Warriors, dismissing their chances of making significant postseason runs.

“I just want to say all you people, who’ve been kissing up to the Lakers and the Warriors all year telling me they’re going to make a run, you know where they’re going to run their asses to? The Bahamas. Sunday morning. I told y’all all along… The Lakers and the Warriors both stink. So y’all stop bragging on them,” Barkley exclaimed.

Barkley’s remarks followed the Lakers’ Game 3 loss to the Denver Nuggets, where they fell behind 0-3 in the first round series, putting their playoff hopes on life support.

Similarly, the Warriors’ season came to an early end after finishing 10th in the Western Conference standings and losing in the play-in tournament, failing to secure a spot in the playoffs.
